Save The Date – Camp Naish Staff Reunion – June 8th, 2013
From the Theodore Naish Scout Reservation Camp Staff Reunion Facebook Group:
Save the date! Saturday, June 8, 2013. The initial plan is to do a dinner event somewhere near camp Saturday evening. We will put together a better list of possible activities (like a visit to camp, etc) as we get closer. Invite any former staff that you know of to this event. For the Saturday evening dinner I am thinking that spouses, partners and significant others would be welcome.

Tamegonit Lodge 2012 NOAC Fundraisers
Tamegonit Lodge #147 has started fundraising efforts to offset transportation costs to the 2012 National Order of the Arrow Conference planned for July 30-August 4, 2012 at Michigan State University. One way you can help is by purchasing the two-piece flap and chevron set pictured below. The sets are $6 each and are available now at the Heart of America Council Service Center in the Camping Department. They will also be available during Winter Banquet on January 14 or by contacting Rick Petty. In addition to the patches, Tamegonit Lodge is also holding a silent auction at Winter Banquet. There should be lots of great items and you’ll be able to help local arrowmen attend NOAC! If you haven’t signed up, here’s the link.
New Additions – 1964 Jamboree Items
Several images from Kansas City Area Council and Kaw Council were added to the 1964 National Jamboree image gallery. My favorites are the folding comb and travel bag, but the most interesting item is the Jamboree diary from Shawnee Mission, Kansas Scout. Check it out!
2010 National Jamboree Images Uploaded
Just uploaded the images from the Heart of America Council 2010 National Jamboree contingents. If you have any additional items to add, please let me know! Specifically, were there more neckerchiefs than the blue one shown below?
